bcc999 Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered player account held by an individual on the bcc999 platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds and, where applicable, bonus funds held in a player's account at any given time.
• "Wager" means any bet placed on a casino game, sports event, crash game, or any other product offered through the Services.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by bcc999 that are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by bcc999 before a withdrawal request is processed.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the currency in which all transactions on the bcc999 platform are conducted.

To register and maintain a bcc999 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:

• You are aged 21 years or older.
• You are a natural person and not acting on behalf of a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You are registering and placing wagers for personal recreational purposes only, and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously had a bcc999 account closed or suspended for breach of these Terms.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, voluntary exclusion agreement, or cooling-off period on the platform.
• All registration information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. You accept an obligation to keep this information updated.

bcc999 reserves the right to decline any registration application, or to close an existing account, where it is not satisfied that eligibility conditions have been met, without being required to provide a reason for that decision.

bcc999 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to verify the identity and age of all players prior to processing withdrawal requests. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (National ID Card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., confirmation of the bKash or Nagad mobile number registered to your account).
• A selfie photograph holding the submitted ID document, if requested.

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe requested by bcc999 may result in withdrawal restrictions being applied to the account. bcc999 handles all submitted documentation in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

All financial transactions on bcc999 are denominated in BDT. The following payment conditions apply:

• The minimum single deposit is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits.

• Withdrawal requests are processed promptly. The time taken for funds to reach the player's wallet depends on the payment provider and is not within bcc999's direct control once the request has been approved.
• All withdrawals are paid to the verified payment method registered to the account. bcc999 will not redirect payments to a third-party account under any circumstances.
• bcc999 does not charge a platform fee on deposits or withdrawals. Payment providers may apply their own transaction fees independently of bcc999.
• bcc999 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks before approving any withdrawal request, particularly for accounts that have not yet completed KYC verification.

bcc999 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the stated wagering requirement has been completed in full.
• Different game types contribute at different rates toward wagering requirements. Sports betting contributions, slot contributions, and live casino contributions may vary and are specified in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses expire if the wagering requirement is not completed within the stated validity period. Expired bonus funds are removed from the account without replacement.
• bcc999 reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Players who are found to be misusing bonus offers — including through the creation of multiple accounts, the use of automated betting patterns, or the exploitation of low-risk wagering strategies — may have their bonus forfeited and their account restricted.

The following rules apply to all wagers placed on bcc999, across all product categories including sports betting, live casino, slots, and crash games:

• All wagers are final once confirmed. bcc999 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a confirmed wager except where a clear technical error on the platform's part has occurred.
• In the event of a disputed game result or sports outcome, the result recorded by the relevant game provider or official sports data feed shall be treated as final and binding.
• bcc999 reserves the right to void any wager where it has been placed at an erroneous price caused by a technical fault, a data feed error, or a human error in market pricing. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the player's account.
• Cricket betting markets and other sports betting markets may be suspended or removed at any time prior to settlement, at bcc999's sole discretion, where market integrity cannot be assured.
• All slot game, live casino, and crash game outcomes are generated by certified random number generation (RNG) systems or by live game mechanics operated by third-party licensed providers. bcc999 does not manipulate game outcomes.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bcc999 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, and forfeiture of all account balances:

• Creating more than one account, whether using real or fictitious personal information.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, macros, or any tool designed to place wagers or interact with the platform without direct human input.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or placing wagers based on non-public information regarding the outcome of a sporting event.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Sharing account credentials with any third party or allowing any other individual to use your account.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or exploit any technical vulnerability in the platform's software or infrastructure.
• Placing wagers on behalf of another individual or accepting payment from a third party to place wagers.

bcc999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where:

• A breach of these Terms & Conditions is identified or reasonably suspected.
• The player has failed to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
• The account has been inactive for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months with a zero balance.
• bcc999 receives a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Continuing to operate the account would expose bcc999 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

Where an account is closed at the player's own request and no breach of these Terms is involved, any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player's verified payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bcc999's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim. bcc999 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or indirect or consequential loss of any kind arising from use of the Services.
• Interruptions to the Services caused by events outside bcc999's reasonable control, including telecommunications network failures, acts of God, or actions of third-party service providers.
• Any loss arising from a player's failure to secure their account credentials or from unauthorised access to an account where the player has not taken reasonable precautions.
• The outcome of any wager, which is subject to the betting and game rules set out in Clause 6 above.

All content on the bcc999 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, marketing materials, text, and graphics — is the exclusive intellectual property of bcc999 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Services for personal recreational purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any content from the bcc999 platform without express prior written consent from bcc999.

The collection, storage, and use of personal data provided by players in connection with the bcc999 platform is governed by the bcc999 Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. bcc999 implements industry-standard SSL encryption to protect personal and financial data transmitted through the platform. bcc999 does not sell or transfer personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes.

These Terms & Conditions are written in English and the English language version shall govern in all cases. Any translation provided for convenience purposes shall not be legally binding. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the use of the bcc999 Services shall first be referred to bcc999's customer support team for resolution. bcc999 aims to resolve all player complaints fairly and within a reasonable timeframe. Players who remain dissatisfied after exhausting the internal complaints procedure may seek resolution through independent dispute mechanisms available in their jurisdiction.

bcc999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, the revised version will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where a change is particularly significant, bcc999 may also notify registered players by email or in-platform notification. Your continued use of the Services after any amendment has been posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the Services and contact the support team to arrange account closure.
